"Go Wild" gets my award for the best mind/body/spirit book of (so far). I previously enjoyed John Ratey's "Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain." Then, after hearing both authors on a podcast, I picked up Richard Manning's "Against the Grain: How Agriculture Has Hijacked Civilization," which was absolutely mind 4/5.
